NZI Centre

The NZI centre is a five level building situated on the corner of Fanshawe Street and Market Place in Auckland City. The development has an open-plan layout. The building has been constructed out of precast shear walls spanning the full height of the building, coupled with precast concrete columns and beams.

The beams were designed and erected using a prop-free construction methodology. The flooring system was constructed using precast double-tee flooring units.
